Many of our animals are listed by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (albc.com).  At this time we have Milking Devon cows; Beef Devon and Angus cows; Australorpe, Wyandotte, and Delaware chickens; Slate, Royal Palm, Blue Palm and Harvest Gold turkeys; Berkshire and Red Wattle pigs.

 

We plan to offer multiple varieties of heirloom vegetables this summer.  Our varieties include tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, sweet peppers, eggplants, squash, peas, beans, cantelopes, watermelons, okra, pumpkins and gourds.  Some of the types are as follows: Amish Paste, Cherokee Purple, and Rienstruben tomatoes, Contender beans, Dark Red Kidney beans, Alderman Telephone Peas, Straight 8 Cucumbers, Moon & Stars watermelon, Blacktail Mountain watermelon, Planters Jumbo and Minnesota Midget cantelopes. These aren't all the varieties we plan to offer but it will give you an idea of what's to come.  These are not genetically modified foods. Many of the animals and vegetables are listed in the Slow Food Ark of Taste (slowfoodusa.org).

 

We also offer RAW Jersey milk.  Call or email for details.

 

We offer our animals live for you to raise or processed by an inspected facility.  We offer our beef and pork by the cut, 1/2 or whole.  Our Label Rouge style chickens are offered in special cuts and whole chickens. Our Pastured Heritage Turkeys, and Pastured Broad Breasted Turkeys are offered as whole birds at this time. Please Pre-Order now as most items are limited. Please let us know how we can help you.
