The amounts we have available, once gone will be gone until Spring 2012. Deposit is $95. Must be ordered. Will take approximately 1.5 cubic foot of freezer space. Having meat on hand at home is the "most" convienient way to prepare meals and save time. Please allow 30 days from date of your order and deposit.

Whole Beef @ $3.25/lb (includes processing), based on hanging weight
Must be preordered with deposit of $150.00. Deposit is not refundable.
Option 3:
Half beef @ $3.50/lb(includes processing), based on hanging weight. Must be preordered with deposit of $150.00. Deposit is not refundable.
Option 4:
Quarter Beef @ $3.85/lb (includes processing), based on hanging weight. Must be preordered with deposit of $150.00. Deposit is not refundable.

Transport Fees:
Transport Fee to processors is minimum $75 and will be added to your order and is NOT optional. When we go to the processor, Jim makes at least (2) 8 hr round trips, sometimes (3) 8hr round trips when items are cured/smoked.
We do our best to combine trip(s) and try to keep costs reasonable. If we foresee that transport cost in more than $75, we will let you know before we go. Thanks for understanding.
