For all of our 2011 Earth Market customers, we sure appreciate all the orders!

It is still a few months before we officially open for the 2012 season.  However, we are reserving a Grand Surprise for all of you.  When May finally arrives, we'll make this New Announcement.  As a small clue, the item is listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste, and it is very hard to come by....hhhmm what could it be??
